Pouring the Foundation

Jim Clary Concrete has been busy pouring the foundation.

Over the past couple of weeks, Jim Clary’s crew have been diligently forming up our foundations and bending and setting tons (literally tons) of rebar. With two-thirds of the foundation complete, they are gearing up for another big pour later this week.

Things are really starting to move along. The lumber is starting to arrive, and the plumbers are on site. Units where the foundation is complete are getting the plumbing roughed in this week. After the plumbers rough in the plumbing on the first-level units, we will begin to pour the floors for those units.
