Framing Underway

Progress update – framing is well underway on the building and we’re excited to see it start to come together! We’ve been working hard keeping materials flowing to the job site so we can stay on schedule, and so far things are looking good. The next several weeks will be critical as we finish up the framing and get the building under roof, but we’re confident that everything will come together beautifully in the end. Thanks for following along with us on this journey, and we can’t wait to show you the finished product!

After all the hard work, great news: the foundation for the building is finally complete! That’s one big milestone ticked off the list. Finishing a challenging project like this feels great, but there’s still lots more to do. It’s a big accomplishment that puts us on track towards making this building something special!

We’re making great strides in erecting the structure for this project, as the local Mennonites have done a wonderful job so far framing it up. In fact, we’re already sixty percent complete! We had truckloads of lumber flowing into the job site and harnessed by these skilled craftsmen to bring life to the drawings and renderings of this project. It’s an exciting time for us all as we continue to watch this project come to life.

Progress is moving along quickly for the new elevator tower that’s being built downtown. The masons have been hard at work and are now nearly halfway finished with their cinder block masterpiece. It’s already quite an impressive sight as they’ve managed to assemble a solid structure that towers to great heights. As construction crews continue to put up cinder blocks, one can’t help being impressed by the number of stories it’ll eventually reach and the various perspectives you’ll get of our beloved city skyline once it opens its doors in the near future. We can’t wait until the project is ready!

Plumbing and sprinkler systems are beginning to be installed in each individual unit. This milestone marks great progress and is an encouraging sign that things are moving forward.
