Insulation & Drywall

This week at the Havnes at Four Seasons, the insulators are insulating the last few units on the first floor and working their way through the second floor.  The drywall crew is started on the east end of the building.  They have drywall hung in three units and should complete the first floor around the middle of next week.  Once the first floor has drywall hung they will follow with mud and tape.

Siding & Tile

The siding crew is making significant progress with the siding on the building. On the east end of the building the first floor, most of the second floor, and part of the third floor are hung.  We have also started installing tile and soffit on the patios.

The Pool

The pool is excavated and plumbed.  The concrete is forming the catch basin for the infinity edge today, and pouring concrete next week.  Today a semi-truck dropped off all the forms for the pool walls.  Those will be installed next week, and the basin will be poured the following week.

Dock E

Atlis Docks has been working hard on delivering the first dock.  They have been building it on-site, and today it is nearing completion.  They are finishing securing the roof panels and attaching the last bits of rubber bumpers.  The rest of the docks will be built at their manufacturing facility and pushed across the lake for installation when they are complete.
